True understanding of customer needs
At our esthetician practice we work on a daily basis on customers from all over the world, giving us real time access to their skincare concerns. We don't focus on buzz or trends; we listen to our customers first.

Ingredients, Pairing & Percentages
We pride ourselves on being obsessively educated about ingredients. Two products with similar ingredients perform vastly differently depending on the percentages used. Our system focuses on finding products with optimal percentages of actives paired correctly to maximize effectiveness while preventing irritation.

Sourcing & Pricing
We scour the world looking for targeted products based on our clients' needs, effective ingredients, sustainable commitments to sourcing, best manufacturing practices, and fair pricing. We sift through vast amounts of skincare products, and many don't make it into our final selection.

Testing & Comparing
Our testing and comparing process, is always ongoing. We test on real people with specific targeted concerns to ensure the product lives up to its claims. We then refine our process by comparing our selection to brands that are trending in the market. Our curation is finalized only when our selection performs better than the compared products.

We have seen faster and better results focusing on skin conditions rather than standard skin types.
Take a break
Just as when we workout we need rest days, so does our skin. 3-4 active days followed by 1-2 rest days vs making your skin work with actives every day.
Packaging to eliminate waste
We do our best to leave no trace of our packaging on the environment. All of our packaging materials are 100% compostable, recyclable, and printed with soy and vegetable based inks.
